The State of Open Source (SOS)

Our goal is to make a knowledge base for open source and free software issues so activists can learn and leverage experience around the world and especially in developing countries.

For discussion on these issues we use the Public Software Mailing List. We are associated with the Public Software Project (PubSoft). The SOS material is based on information provided by a number of people. Our thanks to Globewide Network Academy for having generously provided TWiki space for this project.
