French free software activist. Bernard is associated with INRIA and very involved with the Association Francophone des Utilisateurs de Linux et des Logiciels Libres (AFUL), Internet Society France, and The EuroLinux Alliance, as well as being a founding member of PubSoft.

• Reply to the FISTERA Network questionnaire. The FISTERA Network is an EU supported research project, who as part of their efforts distributed a questionnaire that elicited a powerful response from Bernard.
