Blackboard Inc. is a Washington D.C. based company, founded in 1997, that "offers a complete suite of enterprise software products and services that power a total 'e-Education Infrastructure' for schools, colleges, universities, and other education providers". Blackboard's Chairman is Matthew Serbin Pittinsky.

This is proprietary software. We found no mention of any free or open source licensing.
