Attached is a PowerPoint? that has some ideas that I have on what the Chinese economy could look like in the 2010's. The basic idea is that after stock market reform, there will be a lot of pressure to create things that look like public state asset management funds. Included is a reference to the idea of a third lever in Chinese economics.
